I am looking to transform my Geography classes by showing them how drones can be utilized to map, locate, document, and observe patterns in nature. I chose the DJ1 Mavic Pro Quadcopter for its durability and extended battery life. I have 50 minute class periods and I would like to be able to use one drone while charging the other. I included an additional battery as the battery life is roughly 20 minutes. Your generosity can help our students at South Middle School become more interested in the world around them. I hope to show them a new world...from the air!

About my class
