A vinyl cutter will help expand our hands-on application of coding skills, especially in grades 1, 2, and 3.
Imagine you are a student and your project is to create a t-shirt design that demonstrates what you know about math and programming--now imagine that you actually got to make and wear it.
Students will create two-dimensional designs through block code and visual design applications, then turn their ideas into vinyl decals, t-shirt designs, and signs. These tools will help connect textile crafts like sewing, knitting, and weaving to digital skills like programming and 3D Design, which are a large part of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade curriculum.
