My wonderful students are members of a Fourth- Fifth grade self-contained classroom in the Bronx, an inner city neighborhood in New York City. They all have such a drive and passion to learn and succeed, however they struggle because they are lacking the supplies needed to be successful. All of my students come from underprivileged families and struggle to have the supplies needed for school. All my students have different needs and goals and not having the resources needed makes learning and teaching very hard for them.

About my class
