Students will be able to develop a conceptual understanding of math and science by using manipulatives and books that appeal to their exploitative nature. The books that I have chosen will help reinforce the skills they are learning and allow students to make connections. Students will also improve the use of technology in the classroom by having proper audio ware. Students will be able to reliably access the technology our school has invested in without difficulty of hearing. Our STEM practice includes observing, discussing, and exploring. These manipulatives and will allow students to explore STEM through touch and site. The manipulatives will also increase student engagements and improve the learning experiences. With increased engagement students will more likely associate enjoyment with math and science.
