Young scholars in our classroom learn through hands-on materials and play-based learning! As Albert Einstein remembers a pivotal event in his life, "I can still remember that this experience made a deep and lasting impression on me. Something deeply hidden had to be behind things." Play is far more powerful for children and actually the key to learning. As we are entering the remote school year during this unprecedented time, I want to provide our students with hands-on materials to support their learning at home. The children will receive the following materials: markers, crayons, play dough, dry-erase boards, math counters, etc. This will help them learn and grow at home as well as keeping them engaged and make it fun!
