The students will interview clients in order to build their dream home, but first, they have to get their upset clients on the same page. Using Myers Briggs, client interviews and open-ended questions students with gather information to help them research, analyze, evaluate and then create a miniature version of the clients dream home (including exterior and interior features.)
In order to do this, we need your help, we need hot glue sticks to complete the capstone house projects!
Upon completion the students have an organized shared documents that covers every part of the project cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing), including but not limited to the following: Myers Briggs Assessments, Gantt Charts (Tasks and Timeline), SWOT Analysis, Risk Assessment and Matrix, Waste Management Plan, Project Management Plan, Client Interview Intake Forms, Client Meetings, Blueprints, Project Charter, Scope, Work Breakdown Structure, and Reflections. Their product will be a prototype of the client's dream home with full structure and interior design components.
