My students often need ways to help focus. Having different seating options to keep their bodies busy and will help keep their young minds at work. We currently only have traditional desks and no comfy reading area. Having alternatives and a comfy place to read will help encourage them to come to school to learn. Some of the students will be able to use the seating during direct instruction to focus and others will use the flexible seating options during their reading centers. Each child will have the opportunity to experience different seating options that give them the best learning experience.
