Many students in our community cannot afford school essentials, such as backpacks and pencils. Students also often have to walk long distances to get to school, making it hard for many to get here with everything they need for school. In order for them to have the best chance at success, these supplies will help them as they travel to school and make it easier to ensure that they have all the books and other materials that they need for the day. Pencils will also help students be able to participate in class and testing.
