What better way is there to learn but than through play? This school year we will be utilizing centers for our students to learn through play. We have been able to establish a dramatic play, block, reading, writing, fine motor, art, music, math, and science center within our classroom. As our students rotate through their centers they will work with the blocks to help build elaborate structures utilizing the Ramps & Balls Exploration Set as well as see real examples of people that they can connect with when using the Lakeshore Block Play People with Differing Abilities. While working in the reading area, students will utilize the Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs to help reinforce our weekly letter that we are highlighting. The products that I have selected are new instructional tools to improve how we reach and teach our students through play.
