I am requesting seat pouches for my kindergarten classroom. The seat pouches are needed to store student materials, including headphones, notebooks, pencil boxes, etc. They will be used this year and also in future years. The seat pouches will decrease student transition times by having instructional materials within reach of students. My students will be less distracted during instruction periods with their materials located near their main work area. They will not have to search through the classroom storage crates for their individual materials. The seat pouch will also allow students to build basic organization skills. By being organized students gain skills needed for a lifetime of success.
