These materials will give students access to a social emotional library. I will be able to use these books in lessons with students and small group sessions. Students will gain opportunities to learn about self-control, grief, coping skills and more with the variety of books in this project. Weighted compression vests will also help students who are in need of extra sensory support in order to focus and succeed in the classroom. Students will gain social and emotional skills that are essential to success in an academic setting as well as beyond the school building. Thank you for your consideration of donating to my project.
