My students really do LOVE working on computers! Unfortunately, we can only have a handful on at a time if it is an activity that involves sound. With sound playing and having no headphones, it is hard for my students to concentrate when on the computer.
Our classroom will use the headphones to have a listening center, complete online word work, projects, etc. Please help my students be able to complete many more ELA activities using technology! As stated in my about students, we have begun using a program in our classroom called Lexia. This program is used to increase basic reading skills and has really helped improve my classrooms decoding and comprehension skills! This students enjoy the program however, the program requires the students to have headphones so that they can accurately hear directions and the sounding out of words. Being able to have more than 3 students on at a time would help tremendously!
