My classroom is a dynamic space where students from various stages of high school come together to explore critical topics. I teach a unique blend of 12th graders on the cusp of adulthood, 11th-grade AP students ready for a college-level challenge, and 9th-grade honors students with a fresh perspective and eagerness to engage.
This diverse mix creates a powerful learning environment where our youngest thinkers bring a passionate curiosity, and our oldest students offer a grounding sense of experience and impending reality. Together, we form a community of global citizens ready to examine complex issues, challenge our own assumptions, and use literature as a tool to better understand the world.
