RTI is a daily block of time during which students are leveled by reading ability. I am working with a group of 29 voracious readers who love reading novels and doing creative projects related to the novels. We engage in critical thinking as well as character analysis and many other book-related activities. Rather than simply read a book to this class, it is important for me to have a class set of each novel....this way each student has his or her own copy of the book and can read aloud, practicing fluency, pronunciation, and expression.
