The world is so much more of a wonderful place when you know how to read and write! So many great things can be done with just a few phonics games and basic school supplies. My incredible children are bright and funny. Unfortunately, many of them struggle greatly with learning how to read. All of them are from low income households and cannot afford many basic classroom supplies- and the school district doesn't have the money either. Therefore, to make sure all of the students in my class have proper materials for school, I would like to provide them with basic school supplies. My students already struggle academically. These supplies such as pencils, folders, glue and paper, will allow my students to feel they have what they need in their classroom. Phonics games will encourage them to make reading and learning how to read fun and creative. Students will use these supplies every day!
