My students need new tables and chairs to be comfortable while they are learning and eating in the classroom. The tables and chairs we currently have are very used and beginning to show wear and tear. It is difficult to sit eight children comfortably around the tables, the children have spills easily and it is crowded while learning is going on. The chairs are short and it is hard for the children to reach the tables, due to the wear they look dirty even after being cleaned. We use our tables and chairs for multiple reasons throughout the day including large group & small group activities, breakfast, lunch and snack. Our students are so excited when they come into our classroom and we want to provide them with the best learning experiences possible. Our students are so proud of their classroom and we want them to have something to be proud of. We strive to make sure our classroom is the best environment for them. New tables and chairs will allow them to be comfortable while we have learning experiences and while eating.
