My past years, my classes have LOVED to do flashcards and they even made it a competition almost every day. Now with social distancing, students will not be able to share a deck of flashcards. These digital flashcards have the ability to help with fluency of addition and subtraction sentences and it will also help them down the road! There is an option on this device that allows for students to do multiplication and division. So it is the gift that keeps on giving!
This project would allow each student in my class to have their own digital minute math device that can still foster excitement and a love of math. Students will be able to enjoy math from the safety of their own device, all while still having competitions and class activities.
