The other items such as number lines, and play-dough are items that will help students become organized and something the students will use every/ and all day in math and quiet time. It will help them recharge and refocus in the middle of the day, and help students with adding and subtracting within 20 fluently, which is a priority math CCSS in 2nd grade.
The Q-Ball Microphone, Throw-able ball is the number 1 item on my wish list. It increases student participation and engagement, which are very important in elementary school. Students know their voice is heard and valued, and feel empowered. This item will be used for years and with multiple students/ classrooms each year.
