This fall, I decided to start "ditching the chairs"! I began with creating seats from crates, boards, foam, and fabric. They turned out great and the kids loved them! Phase 1...complete! The next step was to find stools for one of my station tables, once again, the kids love them. These stools are wonderful for helping build core strength! Phase 2... complete!
I am in final phase of giving my students flexible seating. The flexible seating in my classroom gives my students the opportunity to work on building core strength all while sitting comfortably. Wobble stools do just that. I am excited to see the difference these stools can make in my classroom.
