A retiring teacher gifted me his entire book collection he acquired throughout his career. My library will be overflowing, to say the least. I want to create comfortable places for my students to read and make reading something they look forward to in the day. I have books, I have a little couch, comfy pillows, but I don’t have proper book storage. From the library I inherited, I got it down to probably close to 1,000 books to keep for my own library. In my classroom, I was left with 3 tiny bookshelves that are already held together with duct tape. I want to invest in bookshelves that will last me a long time, not just the cheap $25 ones that I can afford. I want these bookshelves to look uniform, to be able to store all my books for a LONG time, and make my students want to come grab a book off the shelf! Please help!
