Thank you for visiting my page.I am a public school teacher for 18 years now. This year I am teaching first grade. There are 29 students in my class;all from various parts of the world including, Dominican Republic, the Middle East, China, and Mexico. Even though the language barriers are great, they have created some nice friendships and still find ways to communicate with one another. I learn from them everyday- their cultures, traditions, language. I am working on new strategies, games, and techniques to help them learn and master the English language.
