The materials will help to create communication boards for the students in my class. Students will learn specific vocabulary, sight words, and build sentences and be able to interact with words in a new exciting way. The materials will be used in all of our subject areas and focus on memorization of words used in the community. Students will learn words that are needed to improve safety and independence for navigating their world. The materials need to be extremely durable and will be used over and over again. School laminating products are not durable enough to handle my students needs.
