In Tukwila wa rain is very common. With the low income rate of my students there are days when kids do not even com in jackets let alone in proper rain gear. With these umbrellas we will be able to explore the outdoors and bring more activities outside. Children walk home in the rain and will be able to have something that they can bring to and from school to help to stay dry.
We choose these umbrellas because the are child size and easy for the kids to use themselves.
They are used by another classroom and the things they are able to do with kids out in the elements has been amazing!
