As part of our personalized learning, students use Chromebooks and headphones for online applications. Most headphones that we have are always tangled, are too big, or only work out of one ear. That is why I chose the Noot Headphones: the cords won't tangle, the size is adjustable to fit a child's head, and they can be folded for easy storage.
In order to have successful small group instruction with such a large class of first graders, I am focusing on teaching my students how to be independent. One of our stations usually involves technology, and students need access to headphones to use our online programs.
