My students will benefit from this project by having the opportunity to engage with their novels and their classmates instead of being on an electronic device. It will push my students to have real conversations about their daily reading so they can see different viewpoints about the same book. This will build their confidence in reading, comprehending, communicating, and team-building skills. I believe the project will be life-changing for all of my students who cannot afford to buy a book of their own; thus, it will relieve the stress of the cost and allows each person to have a novel in class.
