Children need to move. And sitting in a classroom in a stationary chair can be very difficult for some children. Wobble chairs are a wonderful way for students to get the movement they need without disturbing others around them.
As an educator who has been teaching for nearly 30 years, I have seen the difference in the duration that a child can stay still become less and less. I have increased "brain break" times, but for some students, it still isn't enough.
I feel that Wobble chairs will offer students who just need to wiggle the opportunity to do so without disruption to the teacher or other students.
