The use of the lights will be used daily in my classroom with students with autism spectrum disorders. The lights will help my students with autism by allowing them to stimulate their senses at their own pace. These lights can be used for different purposes to include visual and tactile stimulation, calming effect, motor movements, and social interactions. Overall, this device is a visual reward that helps promote cause and effect play and social interactions. My students need sensory interactions throughout the day to help them focus on increasing their learning!
