As a teacher, I foster a classroom environment that addresses every child's needs. Traditional classroom seating often hinders children who are physically active which impairs their ability to attend to the learning. With wobble stools, these students are able to focus on the activities that promote academic success, get their wiggles out, and decrease overall distractions in the room.
All children, regardless of their abilities, need to release energy through movement which is why wobble stools are essential in the classroom. Sitting for extended periods of time can be a challenge for any learner. I am excited to offer seating that meets all learners' needs in my fourth grade classroom.
