Many of our students do not have the skills needed to be financial smart as adults. Many of my students family also lack this skill.
Not only is balancing an account, learning how to pay bills, and money management in general a critical skill, but this will also help me to teach my students about decimals.
It is my hope that by teaching them through real-world fundamental examples, they will have a stronger foundation in decimals and how to add and subtract them. We need this printer to make the money we will use in our computer store.
I am looking forward to giving my students the opportunity to learn about finances. For many of my students, this could be something that could be directly taken home to help improve their own lives and that of their families. By printing these resources my students will be working and learning their way to a lifetime of financial knowledge and freedom!
