I am always looking for novel ways to teach different concepts. A light table and accessories will assist in motivating my students while working on literacy and math skills.
Using a light table will help in teaching and reaching all of my diverse students. Using children's interests will help to sustain the learning; therefore, it becomes more valuable.
Literacy/math are the core foundational content areas and I would like my students to have a great background in each so that they are successful in formal school and life. These activities also promote small group work, compromising, friendships and other great skills.
