When you think of an Elementary school library you may think bright and colorful, however, that is not the case here. The carpet is standard and the walls are mostly white. For this project, I am asking for a pop of color to be brought in with a multicolored seating rug. Not only will this rug help bring the much-needed splash of color but it will provide a place for the youngest of learners to sit. The square blocks within the rug provide them an individual seating space. This would help the younger students to learn some personal space when seated in the library. This rug could also benefit older students. I plan to use this beautifully colored rug to start teaching some basics of coding.
