My fifth grade students struggle to find new and exciting books in my classroom library. They often struggle getting transportation to the public library to check out books that they really want to read. These new books will get my students excited about reading. I want to get new books into my students hands in order to increase their reading comprehension. I want my students to be excited to take out their books and be bummed when independent reading time is over. These new books will encourage my students to read at home and be the center of conversations with their families.

About my class
