I am requesting a sit to stand desk. This will allow small groups to present projects and findings during sharing of projects and homework. The learners will have greater confidence and flexibility for the many times a day that we present, and share. It will also provide motivation for classroom discussions and comfort for those who are more timid or need a larger presentation arena. We have detailed homework projects, and play several learning games that relate to our curriculum for of ELA, Math, and Sight Words. This would serve as a platform to help our students to be more confident, not to mention those that prefer to sit or stand more than others.

About my class
