The classroom I want for my students is one where they feel at home, comfortable to be themselves, and have everything they need to learn and do their best work! The materials I am requesting allow each learner to choose a seating option that will allow them to be comfortable and successful throughout the day.
I have very energetic students, the Wobble stools will allow them to wiggle and engage their core while still working at their desk without distracting others. In addition, have several students who are also very physical and have endless energy but prefer to stand. The bed risers will allow me to raise their desks so that they have a comfortable, ergonomic, standing workspace. In addition, I currently have two yoga balls I purchased for my class. Many students enjoy them and are most productive when they get to use them, however, I don't have enough for everyone! Lastly, many students are most comfortable and less distracted when they sit on the floor. The wiggle floor seats will allow students to work anywhere in the room with just a clipboard and their seat!
