I want to encourage my students to read! To do this, I would like to build an in class library. I want to fill this class library with books that will inspire my students to be their best selves! Literacy is so important and I want to show my students that reading can motivate them in many ways. I want to be able to expose them to books that unlock their minds, pique their interests, and are filled people who look like them! Today a reader, tomorrow a leader! I teach science, but I believe it's important to promote literacy in all subjects! With a library in my classroom, I can encourage students to read all the time! I can conduct read alouds, literacy circles, and maybe even create a mini book club! Help me to motivate my students to read!
