Our Green Valley 3rd graders come to school full of life and ready to learn! Just like adults get tired of sitting in hard chairs all day, students do too! They need more flexible/comfortable seating options to enhance student engagement and learning.
Studies show that students learn better when they are physically active and comfortable. Wobble stools will give my students the opportunity to sit comfortably and move around while they are learning.
This project would significantly help my students stay engaged in our learning throughout the day. I want them to feel comfortable and at home in our classroom. I cannot wait to see all of the things we can do with flexible seating!
