All of the equipment requested will meet standards; 1.5.3 Perform simple and moderate motor skills and movement patterns, and 1.5.1 Utilize locomotor and non locomotor movements in physical activities. The scooters and hop balls are for building leg strength and coordination while the other supplies are for building hand eye coordination as well as basic skill sets that they are lacking.
It is important to their academic growth that they keep their bodies moving!
My students haven't had PE, ever, in their little lives and they are not as active at home as they should be. These supplies will allow them to play and grow together.
