In a first grade classroom, students learn and explore all different types of writing genres. At the end of each unit, students get motivated and excited to share their writing through the form of a publishing celebration. The students go through the writing process to complete their fictional, informational, opinion, and narrative written pieces. The final step is binding the book and making it look professional.
The binding machines and combs will help give the students' books that professional and special touch of completion. The writing paper will help bring choice and personality. By being able to laminate their work, students will be able to have their work for a lifetime.
