In a world where not many things have been constants, I am working at a school that is. We do everything we can for our kiddos who are provided breakfast and lunch (title 1 school). I teach second grade to so many students who are smart and thoughtful and have probably lived through more in their seven years than one ever should, but they are fighters.
These students remind me every day that I need to get up and do more, be more, love more.
These kids are my everything and I want to be able to provide them with experiences that they would not typically be able to get. My goal is to not only teach these students academics through books but show it to them in the real world as well as teach them social-emotionally.
