We already have newspapers for social studies and they love them. Since the pandemic, most of our focus is on reading and math. It is very easy to let science, social studies and the arts get pushed aside. In ordering the science magazines, this will give the students an opportunity to be exposed to science. I have an old printer and the new math program that I have bought is only digital. If we were to have to close again, I want to make sure that my students will still be able to continue with the math program--I will provide them all with a color copy. We are already using the STEMscopes math program and the students love it!!!!

About my class
