Carl Orff's music education philosophy focuses on providing the opportunity for ALL students to be successful. Incorporating these music experiences for the elementary student is important and necessary to foster the development of self-confidence, self-motivation, and creative skills. We are requesting Orff instruments in the music classroom which help build skills in improvisation, composition, and musical independence, which reflect in the students everyday life. Please help Aaron Parker Arts raise money for this beautiful Studio 49 Series 2000 AX alto xylophone. Our elementary school music class lacks many instruments than the average music classroom. We understand that we are asking for more than the $600 that is suggested, but our classroom is in great need for Orff instruments of top quality that will last a lifetime. Please help us acquire these instruments faster by donating to our project.
