These materials will help transition my room into a more active learning center. It will allow students to move into collaborative groups or transition into independent quiet working areas.
Students like the choice to work in spaces they feel comfortable. These tables will provide the necessary steps to give some students the freedom to move into work spaces outside of our classroom and into freer and more comfortable work areas.
The tables are also functional to move into storage and will open up areas for simulations and discussions as a whole group. They will also create areas for small work groups as well as independent work stations.
