By having fun, educational and age-appropriate classroom materials, my students will be challenged, and given the opportunities to succeed where they normally wouldn't. I plan to use these materials to include lessons about mental health, social-emotional health, and adaptive behavior skills.
My students deserve the right to be challenged and taught using the right materials in order to succeed in school.
These materials that I have found will help my students with Social-Emotional skills that they do not already have. Many of my students come from a traumatic background and have not received these important life skills.
I cannot wait to teach my students using the Math manipulatives and Social-Emotional curriculum and allow my students to succeed!
