The use of art supplies is a daily activity for my class. My students do various activities in which they are required to use markers, crayons, and color pencils. An example is an activity called "Expert Groups". My students work in groups and they make posters about information they have to present to the whole class. It is difficult to have them do such activities when we don't have markers for all students to use. It is also crucial to have other supplies like oil pastels and paint in order to have art projects so students can express their creativity. My students are very talented in drawing, but we lack the supplies to add color and have those drawings come to life. By donating to our project, you will help my students show their artistic skills and you will give them the means to express themselves.
