I want to give my 2nd graders the opportunity to explore and problem solve with STEM kits and materials. Theses kits provide all the level-appropriate tools needed to integrate STEM into the curriculum and help them explore important concepts hands on! The kits also will help children discover the STEM in their favorite fairy talesand inspire them to explore each challenging situation until they find a solution. There will be materials that let kids create their very own designs or help guide their building. These materials will be used individually or in groups to encourage team work and cooperation while solving the problem given to them.
