I believe the color contrasts of the bean bags as well as the rug will be comforting for them and gives the room a fresh look compare to its current blank state.
The bean bag chairs and rug will be essential for my students when it is time for small group reading or just have a moment of sensory time with a book or dimming lighting when the day has overstimulated their senses.
By receiving these items will give a jump start building a functional sensory room which them a place to congregate and have down time when needed or be utilized to have small group reading with comfortable seating.
