Creating a love for reading is such a difficult task for educators. I have found in my experience, that if I can find a topic or genre a student likes, they will begin to like reading. As an English teacher, it is my obligation to provide as many options as possible when it comes to reading. My students love the idea of a classroom library and I want to provide that for them. The books in my classroom will be used to foster a love of reading. I want to give my students the opportunity to see a wide variety of options.

About my class
