The tablets will provide the student with increased access to technology. This will also increase the opportunity for individualized and specialized instruction to support students' success in a special education classroom. The devices will allow the teacher to use collaborative learning groups with tier instruction to support the success of all learners in the classroom. With these tablets, I can assign students lessons on IXL.com while working one on one with students needing more support to move to independent practice. The tablets will support student exploration when computers are limited.
