How many words have my students read so far in the 2019-2020 school year? 6 MILLION!! The only way to have good readers is to give children a chance to read. Giving students a chance to read books independently is one of the greatest indicators of academic success. This project contains several book series that my fifth graders are really interested in starting so they can have a chance to get "hooked" on engaging material at their reading level. All of these series have been hand-selected by my students. Each of the students has already made so much progress, these books will help them make even more!
