My classroom library lacks classic books by Dr. Seuss. My students LOVE the few books we have by Dr. Seuss. I want to provide my students with a full collection of his wonderful well written children's books. His books are PERFECT for my kindergarten students because they are funny and great reading tools. Oh, all the places my students will go with these books would be an unforgettable experience for them. My students will be able to enjoy reading these books in our classroom library and take home lending library. These books would help my students become fluent readers because of the use of sight words, rhyming patterns, nonsense words, and interesting illustrations.

About my class
